- Eligibility
These promotional gift offers (“Promotion”) are available to customers who make qualifying purchases on www.sealwise.co.uk/shop totalling specific thresholds as follows: estimated £3,000, estimated £5,000, estimated £7,500, estimated £10,000, estimated £20,000, and estimated £30,000. - Gift Availability
All gifts are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any gift with another of similar value without notice.
- Gift Delivery
Promotional gifts may be delivered separately from the main purchased goods or alongside them, depending on availability and logistical considerations. Promotional gifts will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been fully received. For purchases made on account or credit, the promotional gifts will be processed upon receipt of the next scheduled on-time payment in line with your / our payment terms. Late payment of any invoices may void the gift. The delivery details of each promotional gift will be confirmed after full payment in line with these terms and may arrive before or after the main goods.
- Gift Criteria and Website Accuracy
Gifts are awarded based on the criteria specified at the time of purchase. In the event of a website error or misrepresentation of promotional terms, we reserve the right to correct the error and inform affected customers. No gifts will be awarded based on incorrect or erroneous promotional information displayed due to a website error.
- Non-exchangeable
Gifts cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash. All gifts are final upon receipt.
- Returns and Maintenance
Any returns, servicing, or maintenance related to the purchased products that qualify for promotional gifts must be handled either by returning the items to the place of purchase for repair (proof of purchase required, which will be supplied with the gift), or directly to the manufacturer as per our standard returns policy, available on our returns information page.
- Promotion Period
This Promotion is valid orders made from the start date 13th May 2024 to the end date (TBC), and Sealwise Limited reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue this Promotion without prior notice.
- Other Conditions
Sealwise Limited reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or refuse to award promotional gifts to any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the website or violating these Terms and Conditions.
